This is designed for clients who want to enhance specific areas, such as improving a chest workout, push day, lower body session, etc. During these sessions, I’ll work with you one-on-one to maximize each workout. Payment for these sessions will be handled directly through the gym due to contractual obligations.
For dedicated clients looking for accountability and continuous support, this is the most comprehensive option. This package includes weekly check-ins with training clips, body progress updates, and a personalized nutrition plan. We’ll adapt your plan as needed to match your progress. Please note, in the first month, we will assess your response to various workout routines and dietary plans as part of a “recomping” phase.
